Ako Izumi is a shy middle school student who lives in the Kansai region of Japan. She is a nurse and has a scar on her face. She is also an athlete and is very good at running. She is a fan of the anime series "Mahou Sensei Negima!" and is a member of the Mahou Sensei Negima! fan club. She is also a member of the school's track and field team. She is a very kind and caring person and is always willing to help others. She is also very shy and does not like to talk to people she does not know.
